Family Yoga Classes

• Day and time: every Friday at 7 p.m.
• Place: Parc Sant Ramón, S'Agaró

An activity to enjoy and strengthen bonds! Share a fun time learning yoga figures through stories, games, breathing ... We will work on respect, confidence, concentration and knowing how to be in the present moment. 


Bring yoga mat and comfortable clothes. 


Price €2 per person per session. All money raised will go to social purposes. Children under two years old do not pay admission.

Wake up: morning integral yoga

• From July 2 to August 27. 
• Day and time: every Saturday at 7:30 am.

Enjoy the sunrise in different charming corners of Castell d'Aro, Platja d'Aro and S'Agaró. 


Awaken your senses with the sunrise, awaken your emotions, the feeling of connecting with nature and your body, relax your mind, discover new places. 


In places selected for their special charm, away from the noise and wrapped in nature, with spectacular views. It will begin with a short walk from the meeting point to the place selected according to the schedule. During the class you will practice asana, pranayama, relaxation and a short meditation. 


It is necessary to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and water. 


No previous yoga experience is necessary.

July 2: Awaken your senses in SAgaró.

9 July: Wake up with panoramic views of Playa de Aro.

16 July: Wake up among sculptures in Playa de Aro.

23 July and 13 August: Awaken your emotions in Castell d'Aro.

30 July and 20 August: Wake up with the sunrise among pine trees in Playa de Aro.

27 August: "Wake up with the sound of the waves in Playa de Aro.
